The Thesis

Avina Home Detox is the flagship clinical product of the Avina Wellness umbrella. It delivers physician-led medical detoxification in the principal’s residence, integrated with IV nutritional and NAD+ therapy, for ultra-high-net-worth principals served through their family offices. The model is family-clinical-bench at the top, contractor-led at the bottom, profitable from Q3-Q4 of Year 1, scaling to $7M revenue and 36% EBITDA by Year 3.

The Buyer

The buyer is the family office, not the principal. Specifically: the Family Office Principal, the General Counsel, the Trustee, or the Senior Advisor. They commission Avina when a principal in their care presents a clinical or behavioural condition the family office is structurally unsuited to hold.
