What this is
This Hub is the live operating state of AVINA. It is not a static report. Decisions update when they are made. Documents progress as they are completed. The critical path changes when blockers are cleared.
Fabian and Kelly are the only two people with access. It is a shared working surface, not a presentation.
How to navigate
Six tabs: Overview, Intelligence, Documents, Operations, Work, Cases. Each tab has sub-tabs: press Shift+1-4 to jump between sub-tabs. Press 1-6 for main tabs. Press / to search everything. The Cases tab is Kelly's day-to-day operating surface for live client engagements.
How to read the decision tree
The Health sub-tab shows every open architectural decision.
Green: locked.
Amber: pending.
Red: blocked.
Click any card to see the research brief. Star/pin cards to surface them on the Dashboard.
Work tab
The Work tab is your shared working surface. Actions and notes persist in localStorage. Comments can be left against any item. The Activity sub-tab shows a chronological log of everything done in the Hub.
Switch persona (Fabian, Kelly, Elizabeth, Observer) using the toggle in the top bar. Observer is the default for unset visitors and is read-only: all write operations are blocked. Fabian, Kelly, and Elizabeth can create and edit entries, attributed to the active persona.

Kelly: Director. Clinical operations, Elizabeth MD.
Elizabeth MD: Medical Director (pending signature). Protocols, EMR.
Physician-led in-residence clinical care for UHNW principals and their family offices, built behind a separate intelligent platform. Dubai LLC holdco, US Professional Corporation for clinical delivery, single-operator model.
Critical path blocked: Elizabeth Mortazavi MD has not yet signed the Medical Director Agreement. No US PC formation, no HIPAA BAAs, no clinical operations until this signature is on file.

What is in here
Cases tab purpose
The Cases tab is Kelly's day-to-day operating surface for live client engagements. Each active client has a dedicated view (transcripts, position documents, incident reports, family briefs, methodology). Until the platform v1 ships in 2027 on Next.js + Supabase HIPAA, the cases run on this hub plus the interactive HTML client portals stored in clinical/case-studies/<client>/v2/09_INTERACTIVE/.

The Avina Methodology
Five-layer architecture · derived from the Erin case
A repeatable architecture for case management. Built from the learnings of the Erin Webb case, 1 May 2026 incident. Designed to be retrofittable to existing clients (Blair) and the operating default for new engagements.
What the family sees as success 12 months out, plus Avina's professional read of the client's pattern. Set in the first mother-meeting. Reviewed quarterly.
Layer 2
Goals
Two or three named outcomes derived from Layer 1. Concrete, measurable, time-bound. Posted where the client and family can see them.
Layer 3
Plan Cascade
Monthly canvas, weekly plan, daily plan, progression narrative. Each layer shorter and more concrete than the one above. The operational backbone of any week.
Layer 4
Consequence Architecture
Every milestone has, in writing, the specific consequence that activates if missed. Pre-agreed at intake. Triggered automatically. The forcing function.
Layer 5
Daily Reflection Loop
Ten minutes per active client per day. Six questions, logged. The compounding asset over the life of the engagement.
Six learnings
